Factorial is seeking an Account Manager for the Spanish Market to support and scale our CX team.

You will manage client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, close upsell/cross-sell deals, and focus on retention and client satisfaction through regular calls and product updates.

Fluent Spanish and professional English are required; 1+ year of B2B portfolio management is preferred.
