The Web & Digital Manager will be responsible for driving digital engagement, lead generation, customer insights, and online brand visibility across all markets and business units. This role will own the company's digital ecosystem, ensuring the website, email marketing, social media channels, and digital acquisition activities operate effectively to support revenue growth.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution andpossessa strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, website management, customer segmentation, and marketing technology.They will alsohavestrong stakeholder managementskills with the ability toengage with senior managers.Prior experience and knowledge of international corporate services including legal set-up, transfer pricing, accounting, taxcomplianceisrequired.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Website Management & Optimization
Own,maintain, and continuously enhance the corporate website to ensureoptimalperformance, usability, and user experience
Coordinate website updates, content publishing,andtechnical improvements,
Identifyopportunities to improve website conversion rates and customer engagement
Ensure all website content reflects brand, product, and commercial objectives
Monitor website health, functionality, security, and compliance requirements
Digital DemandGeneration
Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies that attract qualified prospects and support commercial growth objectives
Support Director of Strategic Growth Marketing acquisition campaigns through digital channels and lead generation initiatives
Ensure all website-generated leads are accurately captured, tracked, and routed through the CRM system
Monitor lead quality, source attribution, and conversion performance

Develop audience lists and campaign segmentation to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
