Overview
In this role you support SD Connect, an HR integration platform, acting as the bridge between development teams and partners. You guide onboarding, data mapping, and testing activities to ensure smooth integrations with core HR, payroll, and workforce management. You'll lead workshops, coordinate documentation, and monitor quality across partner engagements, contributing to scalable, reliable HR solutions in an international setting.

Responsabilidades Onboard new partners to the SD Connect platform
Lead data-mapping workshops with partners
Support partners through onboarding stages and testing cycles
Provide functional support to tribes and development teams
Organize monthly partner follow-ups to identify and address issues
Manage change requests at partner level for data mappings
Encourage partners to maintain stakeholder documentation




Monitor and report integration quality via monthly/quarterly assessments
Contribute to release processes and documentation management
Participate in improvement projects for the SD Connect platform
Requisitos principales University degree (Bachelor or higher)
5+ years in system integration projects as a functional analyst or implementation consultant in HR
Knowledge of Payroll processes or Core HR systems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a long-term perspective
Ability to collaborate with operations, implementation and development teams in an international context
Capture and assess business and functional requirements for technical impact
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
