As an Account Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding strategic accounts across the Iberia market. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to identify business challenges, position ETAP's solutions, and create long‐term customer value.
You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, while working closely with technical and customer success teams to ensure customer success.




Drive new business acquisition by identifying, targeting, and converting prospective customers, expanding ETAP's presence and securing new logos across key industries.
Build relationships with decision‐makers at multiple levels, including engineers, operations leaders, plant managers, digital transformation teams, and C‐level executives.
Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Conduct value‐based sales conversations, understanding both technical requirements and business objectives to position ETAP's solutions effectively.
Collaborate closely with Pre‐Sales, Product Specialists, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to maximize customer engagement and win rates.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline to support business planning and performance tracking.
