Overview
In this role you drive margin improvement across European markets by implementing pricing frameworks and data-driven strategies. You will partner with country profit managers, finance and commercial teams to standardize profit management and unlock profitable growth. You'll translate data into actionable insights, leveraging SAP and visualization tools to guide decision-making. This is a cross-country role that combines business acumen, pricing expertise and technical capability to sustain profitability.

Responsabilidades Pricing excellence: implement pricing frameworks and ensure accurate margin management across trade components
Margin optimization: analyze country performance, identify leakage, and propose profitability actions
Data-driven insights: use SAP and other tools for data extraction, validation and interpretation
Stakeholder engagement:



collaborate with country profit managers, finance and commercial teams to align goals
Process improvement: standardize and optimize profit management processes across countries
Performance tracking: define KPIs, monitor progress and report on margin-improvement initiatives
Requisitos principales Master in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
3+ years in profit management, pricing or financial consulting
Proven track record of margin improvement in a multinational environment
Working knowledge of SAP (pricing, condition records, margin analysis)
Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI or similar)
Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies and P&L; drivers
Ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders
Goal-driven, proactive, comfortable in a matrix organization
Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures
