The Team
We are seeking an Specialist SAC to join American Tower’s Spain Real Estate Transactions team within our Property Management organization.

The Land Negotiations team fuels revenue and growth through analysis and acquisition of telecom-related real property, rooftops, and other assets.
Day to day you will negotiate business terms to acquire and/or renew telecom real estate agreements and perform acquisition due diligence.
As an Specialist SAC, you will partner cross‑functionally to deliver account updates and report on key performance indicators to senior management. xqbhyrx
In addition, this role will be responsible for the assignment of activities to external vendors, as well as the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of their performance and deliverables.
