In this role, you will lead and shape a newly scaled Energy Management organization across EMEA, delivering commercial and operational impact. You will define the regional energy procurement strategy and oversee disciplined decision-making. You will drive operational optimization of energy use, exploring load management and flexibility technologies, and align commercial strategy with plant operations. You will govern via the RBU Energy Boards to enable high-quality, regionally responsible decisions and deliver productivity gains through large-scale energy purchases. You will build a high-performing team with technical and commercial excellence to support cross-regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades
• More than ten years in energy management
• At least five years in industrial xqbhyrx gases operations or comparable energy-intensive industries
• Academic degree in a technical or financial discipline
• Proven experience building and leading senior teams with high technical expertise
• Deep know-how in energy procurement strategy, portfolio and risk management, and energy trading products
• Track record of preparing or making large-scale commercial decisions with significant financial exposure and cross-regional impact
