At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our CX team to the next level. Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
You will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals.
You have worked through KPIA proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English.
You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
Experience in full cycle Sales B2B.
