Responsabilidades




- Lead and develop a team of Fraud Specialists, establishing performance expectations and a high-judgement culture
- Own the Fraud Operations roadmap and align priorities with wider business goals
- Design and formalise investigation standards, workflows, escalation protocols, and documentation frameworks
- Define and improve Fraud Ops KPIs (chargeback rate, dispute SLAs, false positives, exposure)
- Establish governance with Finance and leadership for risk reviews and threshold calibration
- Translate day-to-day fraud observations into actionable requirements for Product and Data to shape detection roadmap
- Collaborate with Product, Payments, and Finance as the primary fraud authority
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure operational resilience
- Present fraud performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive continuous process improvement through root-cause analysis and tooling evolution
