As a Senior Technical Level Designer, you will shape engaging play experiences for kids aged 2–8, working with cross-functional teams to scale and optimize our education-focused catalog. You will lead technical design initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate with engineering to balance resilience, performance, and usability. Your work supports localization across markets, languages, and cultural contexts. Responsabilidades
- Own technical design projects across departments to grow and scale the catalog and support the Level Design team




- Collaborate with Engineering to build frameworks for new experiences balancing resilience, scalability and designer usability
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical design documentation and communicate requirements across teams
- Ensure technical optimization of games and promote quality standards for asset implementation
- Design and produce layouts, levels, parameters, and features inside Unity Editor following guidelines
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers in day-to-day work and growth
- Collaborate with Production to plan game releases aligned with company goals
- Lead level design efforts within the app localization project for multi-market support
- Drive retention and engagement by translating user feedback and metrics into design decisions
- Assist in prototyping simple game experiences using internal tools

- 4+ years as a Level Designer or Technical Game Designer, ideally in mobile or educat
