As Digital Project Manager, you lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital and AI initiatives to transform Customer Support. You steer projects from discovery to global rollout, delivering data-driven solutions that boost frontline efficiency and customer experience while aligning with regional and general objectives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to manage scope, governance, and value realization, shaping scalable outcomes in a fast-evolving digital context. This role offers impact at scale within Schneider Digital’s global hub network.

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to closure
• Define scope, roadmap, and success criteria; manage timeline, budget, quality
• Establish governance, steerCo, and reporting; manage risks and changes

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in project or program management (digital/IT/transformation)
• Experience in AI, digital, or customer support transformation is a strong plus
• Experience in international and cross-functional environments
• Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, risk, quality)
