In this role you will shape the CX Automation product strategy and lead cross-functional delivery to enhance the customer experience. You will partner with the Product Director to identify opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize the roadmap. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams through development, rollout, and optimization, balancing business needs with delightful user journeys. Responsabilidades
- Drive the strategy for new and existing products with the Product Director
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to solve business and consumer problems
- Build or support business cases and prioritize the product roadmap




- Lead cross-functional teams to develop concepts, milestones, and rollout
- Balance business requirements and customer experience to build best-in-class inventory
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining the big picture
- Be self-directed in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Manage increasing pressure without overburdenting the team

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in product development or strategy consulting
- Ideally experience in the travel industry
- Ideally experience with customer service automation processes and AI-driven customer support solutions
