As Bid Manager, you coordinate the full bid process to deliver timely, high-quality responses. You work with sales and cross-functional teams to tailor proposals to client needs. You build and maintain a bid library and ensure documentation meets Perk standards. You engage customers during the bid cycle to clarify requirements and gather insights. This role shapes competitive strategies and process improvements in a fast-growing SaaS travel platform with a strong IRL-first culture.

Responsabilidades
- Coordinate the complete bid process from initiation to submission
- Collaborate with sales to tailor responses to client needs




- Develop and maintain a bid library with templates and docs
- Write, edit, and proofread bid documents for clarity and compliance
- Gather information from internal stakeholders and share learnings
- Manage communications with customers/prospects and provide updates
- Attend pre-tender meetings to gather requirements and clarify needs
- Provide insights on bid outcomes, market trends, and competitors
- Suggest bid strategies to enhance competitive advantage
- Continuously improve bid processes based on feedback

Requisitos principales
- Minimum 2 years in bid management and writing
- Fluent xqbhyrx in English and French
- Salesforce experience; Google Workspace proficiency
- Bid management software experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
