In this role you will transform complex clinical trial data into actionable insights that accelerate medical innovation and improve patient outcomes. You’ll advance risk-based quality management and our Central Monitoring platform while shaping data-driven clinical operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics, reporting, and scalable tech solutions that enable smarter decisions across integral studies. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of programming, analytics, and operational excellence, offering meaningful impact in clinical data operations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Configure Central Monitoring Platform outputs using SAS programming and clinical data standards
• Develop analytics dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and monitoring outputs for clinical operations
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions to improve user experience
• Extract, clean, merge,



subset, and derive clinical and operational datasets
• Partner with study teams, statisticians, and Central Monitoring colleagues to clarify output requirements
• Execute quality checks and validation routines to ensure complete, accurate monitoring data
• Support existing dashboards, reports, and pipelines through scheduled refreshes and performance monitoring
• Coach associate programmers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to reusable programming standards

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 6-7 years of experience in clinical programming/clinical data analytics with knowledge of RBQM
• Advanced Clinical programming expertise including data extraction, transformation, derivation, and reporting
• Experience in clinical data analytics, reporting, RBQM or technology implementation at sca
