In this role, you will manage a portfolio of French-speaking accounts in a fast-paced fintech/SaaS environment, driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth. You will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and identify upsell opportunities to maximise client value. The position sits at the intersection of sales and customer success, shaping long-term partnerships within an international tech business. You will contribute to a data-driven approach and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Responsabilidades





Build and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of French-speaking clients
Act as primary point of contact and proactively support customer success
Drive adoption of payment and software solutions across modules and integrations
Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with business goals
Create revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion
Deliver product demonstrations and guide customers through adoption
Monitor key metrics (MRR, NRR, health, engagement) and address churn risks
Negotiate and close commercial agreements while meeting renewal and growth targets
Contribute to initiatives improving customer experience and recurring revenue

Requisitos principales

Fluency in French
Proven experience in quota-carrying SaaS or technology role
Track record of revenue growth and customer retention
Experience identifying client challenges and providing tailored solutions
