As Sales u0026amp; Strategy Planning Manager Spain, you will lead the integrated commercial strategy for the Spanish market, translating vision into actionable, profitable plans. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure sustainable category growth and strong execution. You’ll shape annual and multi-year plans, anticipate market shifts, and drive data-informed decisions that improve profitability and performance. This role offers impact across planning, category management and cross-functional leadership within a growing FMCG context.

• Define annual and multi-year commercial strategy with General Management, Sales and Marketing
• Translate brand and category ambitions into commercial priorities by channel and product family
• Lead the business planning process ensuring alignment of growth, profitability and investments




• Anticipate market risks/opportunities and propose data-driven action plans
• Drive category development across channels with aligned assortment, promotion, and POS activation
• Support sales teams with strategic vision, analysis and commercial storytelling
• Ensure customer/channel segmentation and optimal resource allocation
• Act as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance for integrated execution
• Establish performance follow-up routines and corrective actions
• Promote simplicity, prioritization, accountability and data-based decision-making
• Lead, develop and motivate the SSP team (3 Category Managers + admin)
• Build capabilities in analysis, category management, planning and cross-functional influence
• Identify development and succession needs; foster collaborative, results-oriented leadership
