In this role you will lead the identification, assessment, and acceleration of critical talent to strengthen leadership continuity and succession readiness. You will transform talent data and leadership conversations into clear business decisions and actionable development plans. Based in Bilbao, you will coordinate with senior leaders to ensure disciplined follow-up and impactful outcomes that support the organization’s growth and transformation.

Responsabilidades

Lead and continuously improve the annual talent review process and calibration sessions with senior leaders
Identify critical roles and develop robust succession plans with readiness and risk mitigation
Define evidence-based frameworks for assessing performance, contribution, and potential
Facilitate talent discussions with senior leadership and ensure reviews translate into development, mobility, retention, and succession actions




Design and monitor targeted development plans for successors, high-potential talent, and leaders in key positions
Build and maintain leadership pools and succession pipelines across levels, functions, and geographies
Increase visibility of talent beyond traditional candidates to broaden future leadership options
Assess leadership and succession risks and translate data into actionable decisions with clear ownership and governance
Define and monitor metrics evaluating leadership pipelines, readiness, and impact of development initiatives
Collaborate with People Partners, L&D;, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align succession planning with growth and transformation priorities

Requisitos principales

7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Organizational Development or related areas
Proven track record designing and facilitating talent reviews with executive
