As Principal Product Designer, you will shape the design direction for Dow Jones' enterprise products, aligning professional workflows with consumer-grade craft. You’ll partner with senior leaders to set multi-year strategy, govern the Index Design System, and mentor designers across brands. You tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems in professional platforms, AI-assisted features, and personalization. This is a chance to influence how decision-makers access trusted journalism at scale and across the Dow Jones portfolio.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the enterprise design strategy and multi-year direction for how professionals discover, read, and act on journalism, tied to measurable outcomes
• Design the admin experience and seat management for organizational users
• Maintain consumer-grade craft standards in enterprise products, including typography and information design




• Present strategy to senior leaders and align cross-functional teams on design direction
• Extend patterns in the Index Design System for enterprise patterns and permission-aware behavior
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems in professional workflows, AI-assisted features, and personalization
• Tie design decisions to engagement, retention, and revenue with Research and analytics
• Mentor senior designers and strengthen design culture across professional and consumer brands

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of product design experience with systems-level or platform work
• Experience in both enterprise and consumer design with strong end-to-end craft
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align competing priorities
• Strong systems thinking and design system experience
• Judgment on personalization xghoner and AI-assisted experiences
• Excellence in Figma and design communication, specifications, and documentation
• Fluent with WCAG accessibility s
