As Marketing Strategy Manager, you will steer Fever's APAC marketing strategy with full budget ownership for Chinese consumer activity, focusing on data-driven growth within China’s distinct digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate across Strategy, Growth, Creative, and Product, plus China-based agencies and KOLs/MCNs, to shape Fever’s China playbook and high-impact partnerships (e.g., F1, Harry Potter). You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns in WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu and more, driving awareness, engagement, and ROI. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end APAC marketing strategy for Fever’s experiences, driving demand and long-term growth across a broad portfolio
• Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive APAC experiences and partner events (F1, Harry Potter) and Fever Originals for local markets
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across APAC paid and organic ecosystems (WeChat, Douyin/Ocean Engine, Xiaohongshu, Baidu) with strong ROI
• Collaborate with Business Strategy, Growth Marketing, and Product to analyze performance and define APAC marketing surface strategy
• Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN strategy, negotiating and managing relationships with relevant creators
• Own paid performance setup and optimization across Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product teams for unified, high-impact marketing execution and localization
• Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure alignment and delivery of key projects
