Job Description
As an

IT Change Manager / Change Enablement Manager , you will take on a key role within our Enterprise Service Management team. You will help ensure that changes to our IT services, systems and infrastructure are implemented in a transparent, risk-aware and controlled way.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Managing and continuously improving our Change Enablement process

Supporting Change Owners in planning, assessing and implementing changes





Reviewing Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback planning and required approvals

Coordinating and facilitating our Change Advisory Board (CAB)

Creating transparency around upcoming changes and maintaining the Change Calendar together with the relevant teams

Identifying potential conflicts, dependencies and risks between planned changes at an early stage

Coordinating Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes according to their respective requirements

Working with IT teams to establish appropriate Standard Changes for recurring, low-risk activities

Coordinating Post Implementation Reviews and deriving improvement actions from failed or problematic changes

Analysing relevant metrics and continuously improving our Change Reporting

Supporting compliance with governance, ISO 27001 and audit requirements

Creating clear guidelines and templates and helping our IT teams apply the Change proces
