In this role you will lead high-impact marketing campaigns for Glovo across designated regions, using data to uncover opportunities and optimize performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, activation, re-engagement, and ROAS growth through UAC and programmatic channels. Expect hands-on, measurable impact and ongoing sharing of insights to elevate regional performance. You will shape campaigns from strategy to execution, embracing a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Lead end-to-end regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE)
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via UAC and programmatic channels
• Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics
• Conduct continuous optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis
• Collaborate with design, local marketing, BI, and Martech to craft winning strategies
• Share insights and best practices to raise team performance




• Manage large-scale campaigns and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Monitor and improve measurement, attribution, and ROAS
Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing
• Strong focus on Google App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic advertising
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels
• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution, incrementality testing, and optimization
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns across stakeholders
• Familiarity xghoner with Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
