Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience including 3-5 years in strategic planning and Pu0026L management
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business xghoner models
• Experience coaching and developing a team
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to distill insights from data
• Intellectual curiosity and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English
• Experience operating in a matrix organization and aligning diverse groups
