In this role you drive planning and improvements for SWA forecasting within EU operations, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, cost-aware capacity and customer experience. You apply data-driven analysis to ambiguous challenges, shaping long-term solutions and scaling processes across the organization. You will partner with tech and operations leaders to publish and improve SWA forecasts and capacity plans. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence the future of Amazon transportation and customer speed.

Responsabilidades
- Plan and execute weekly SWA forecast publications and high-volume events to optimize customer experience and cost
- Serve as the liaison with Tech teams to maintain the SWA volume plan
- Establish a single source of truth for SWA performance metrics and define forecasting ownership and accountability
- Develop innovative, data-driven solutions addressing cross-organizational challenges




- Adopt a big-picture approach to drive improvements across multiple teams and organizations
- Lead improvement programs with leadership, delivering end-to-end from planning to status reporting
- Challenge outbound transportation and supply chain processes to build and manage an EU capacity roadmap to improve CX at planned cost
- Lead publishing the SWA forecasting plan, capture lessons learned, and apply them to future processes
- Collaborate with multiple teams to navigate challenges affecting the network
- Help forecast and plan for busy periods including HVEs

Requisitos xqbhyrx principales
- Bachelor’s or higher-education degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience managing multiple projects with prioritization and time management
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking
