In this role you lead the design and delivery of memorable media experiences, aligning across channels to connect context with tailored content. You will work with cross-functional specialists to define, measure, and optimize the Mx framework for a portfolio of clients. The position focuses on leading strategy, governance, and post-campaign insight to drive client satisfaction and scalable outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role at a integral media agency with a focus on omnichannel integration and performance.

• Define and deliver optimal Mx (Connection x Context x Content) across client portfolios
• Collaborate with Audience Architect to develop growth-target personas throughout planning, buying, and segmentation
• Allocate budget across channels with econometrics and attribution specialists




• Recommend content and context aligned to client brief and strategy
• Oversee how channels work together and articulate the overall media experience
• Develop measurement frameworks with KPIs and methodology alongside Mx measurement teams
• Create and present the Mx Story to clients
• Create Mx guidelines with internal specialist teams
• Ensure quality control on plan delivery and Mx execution
• Provide xqbhyrx post-campaign optimization and insights
• Contribute to client satisfaction and ensure optimal Mx delivery
• Ensure audience planning and data integration from Mx brief to measurement toolsets

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in strategic planning
• Media, Brand qualifications u0026 languages: Bachelor or Master in Business, Marketing or Advertising
• English (Advanced)
