In this role, you will shape strategy and performance tracking for Fever’s Business Development team. You’ll act as a liaison to C-level leadership, defining initiatives to meet the business plan and setting up reporting frameworks to guide decisions. You’ll analyze results, identify growth opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue. The position offers high exposure and a chance to impact a global leader in live entertainment.

Responsabilidades
- Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development team
- Be the POC with C-level, founders and SVPs
- Plan, design and implement strategic initiatives to reach the Business Plan




- Define reporting frameworks to monitor performance
- Analyze results to identify inefficiencies, trends and growth opportunities
- Partner with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans
- Support strategic planning and forecasting to meet targets
- Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with executives and commercial leadership across the organization

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/STEM
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency xqbhyrx in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting and business planning
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executive exposure
