As an Account Manager in Glovo’s Regions team, you will lead growth and partnerships with top restaurant partners across cities, guiding their performance and engagement. You’ll define long-term growth, promotions, and operations strategies, while closely supporting partners to maximize revenue and service quality. The role blends relationship-building with data-driven planning, marketing activations, and operational improvements to scale partner success. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize visibility, negotiate assets, and reduce churn, contributing to Glovo’s mission of fast, easy delivery at the door.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Establish and maintain strong partner relationships through regular meetings and business reviews
• Track portfolio performance and KPIs, and execute actions to meet company OKRs
• Design and implement growth plans via promotions,



marketing activations, and menu performance optimization
• Enhance Glovo visibility with marketing kits and merchandising in collaboration with partners
• Negotiate commissions and sell assets to improve revenue
• Identify churned or inactive partners and develop action plans to re-engage
• Improve partner operational efficiency to ensure top-quality customer service

Responsabilidades
• 1+ year in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting, or tech)
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations (plus)
• Computer literacy with Google Docs, MS Office, xqbhyrx and Excel
• Native-level Spanish and English
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-obsessed mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management with strong critical thinking and multi-disciplinary problem-solving
