WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Develop and enhance integrations between MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services and broader cloud ecosystem services.
- Develop Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Platform Admin Centre.
- Perform D365 CRM customizations including PCF controls, plugins, web resources and JavaScript developments.
- Manage Azure Communication Services configurations.
- Manage Azure Event Grid configurations related to the contact centre platform.
- Develop and hand over MS Dynamics 365 CRM custom APIs supporting integration and automation.
- Develop and enhance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop and enhance voice channel configurations using Azure Communication Services and Event Grid.
