About us

Axissmart is developing Laifen’s business in Spain and Portugal. Laifen is a personal care technology brand with products including high-speed hair dryers, electric toothbrushes and electric shavers.

We are building our local retail presence and looking for an ambitious, hands-on sales professional who can open doors, win new accounts and turn opportunities into profitable sales.

The opportunity

You will lead retail business development and key account management, with a particular focus on MediaMarkt, El Corte Inglés, Carrefour and Worten.

This role suits an energetic, commercially driven person who enjoys building a business, takes ownership of results and is motivated by the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses through strong performance.

Your responsibilities
- Activate existing buyer relationships to secure meetings,



present Laifen and develop concrete commercial opportunities.
- Win new retail accounts and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact and product evaluation to negotiation, first purchase order and rollout.
- Negotiate product listings, assortment, pricing, margins, promotional support and payment terms.
- Deliver agreed sales, gross profit and new account targets.
- Build a qualified pipeline with clear next steps, realistic forecasts and measurable progress.
- Grow sell-in and sell-out through effective account planning, retail execution, promotions and buyer engagement.
- Explore additional opportunities with buying groups, beauty chains, specialist retailers and distributors.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing to support product availability, successful launches and repeat orders.
