About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven
Europe & Americas Region Head
to lead business growth and market expansion across the region. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer and channel partnerships, and expanding the company's presence within the T
esting, Inspection, and Certification (TIC)
industry, with a strong focus on the consumer goods sector.
The successful candidate will lead regional business development initiatives, build and develop high-performing teams, and establish effective sales and performance management frameworks to support sustainable growth.
This role requires a proven leader with deep TIC industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and secure key customer opportunities while expanding strategic channel networks across Europe and the Americas
What You'll Do
- Lead business growth and market expansion across Europe and the Americas.
- Develop and execute regional sales, customer acquisition, and channel growth strategies.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing commercial teams.
- Drive new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
- Expand strategic channel partnerships and industry networks within the TIC sector.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure regional business objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and business results.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
