We are seeking a People Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations
Improve our performance review, supporting our management in delivering review KPIs and updating our policies.
Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.
Analyze workforce pulse (surveys,



turnover data) to identify trends. Guide management through performance issues, corrective actions, and termination processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
Execute dismissals and mutual separations in strict compliance with local legislation and due process to mitigate legal risk.
High level of English and Spanish - any other European language is a plus.
Experience in remote HR & Labor Relations, minimum 5 years
New state-of-the-art office in Barcelona centre (Eixample district)
~ 39 hours per week and 37,5 hours per week during summer
