About the role We are looking for an Air Freight Specialist, who will play a key role in executing Freight Forwarding activities within the assigned Branch Office. The position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role also involves continuously assessing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive position. How you will contribute * Manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding and logistics. * Support account set-up and coordinate with Sales to ensure all required documentation and SOP inputs are provided. * Monitor and audit files regularly to ensure compliance with estimate input, margin requirements, and timely invoicing. * Support clients with day-to-day requests related to export/import documentation to ensure accurate execution of transportation files. * Provide clients with complete flight/sailing details to ensure clear and timely information flow.



* Liaise with airlines and ocean carriers to obtain optimal solutions in terms of capacity and cost. * Collaborate with internal network teams and external partner agents to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Respond promptly to operational challenges or urgent situations that may arise during shipment handling. * Collaborate with Operations colleagues to ensure continuity of work during peak volumes or absences. What you will bring * At least 3 years of recent experience in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service. * Solid working knowledge of freight forwarding processes and industry practices. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver accurate, timely results. * Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general digital literacy. * Clear and effective communication skills in English and Spanish(written and verbal); additio
