The role will own the execution of the CRM roadmap for several brands of the Puig portfolio, ensuring continuity across strategic initiatives, campaigns, clienteling,



reporting and day-to-day CRM operations. Working across Brand, Market, Technology, Data, Retail, Consumer Service and agency teams, this person will translate agreed priorities into scalable consumer journeys, clear business requirements and measurable CRM activations.
