, you'll own how we talk to all of them across
email, push, and in-app messaging
. You'll build the automation and AI layer that keeps it personal at that scale:



journeys that adapt to how each family actually plays and learns, audiences and content selected and generated automatically, and experimentation that runs continuously so the programme gets sharper every week.

You will own CRM as a domain end to end: the roadmap, the priorities, and the projects that run across Product, Data and Design.

What you'll do
- Own and evolve our Braze setup.
Canvases, journeys, segmentation, Liquid, connected content, API triggered campaigns and webhooks.
- Design lifecycle automation that replaces manual work.
Self-optimising journeys across onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, retention and win-back, with a clear view of which decisions the system should make on its own.
- Put BrazeAI to work.
Get real value out of the Intelligence and Predictive suites (intelligent timing, channel and variant selection, churn and event prediction), evaluate what's worth turning on next, and be honest a
