We're looking for an Account Manager to own the retention and growth of our customer base. You will manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, seeing value from the product, and renewing long-term.

About the role
As Account Manager,



you will manage a portfolio of customers in the Italian and English-speaking market and ensure they remain successful and engaged with Enginy.

Customer Retention
- Proactively manage accounts to minimize churn and secure renewals
- Identify risks early and build engagement plans with customers

Account Management
- Maintain accurate CRM data, health scores, and renewal timelines
- Use product usage and feedback to manage account health
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Onboarding new clients

About you
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- 2–5 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable using CRM and customer success tools
