In this role you will lead the post-booking product area to enhance digital self-service and satisfaction across direct channels. You will align product strategy with business goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate needs into value-driving features. You shape the roadmap, run user research, and monitor impact to maximize revenue while reducing costs. This is a chance to influence the post-booking journey for millions of customers and contribute to a sustainable, customer-centric airline.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap across stakeholders
- Define features, functionality and positioning in collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap with cross-functional input
- Break down roadmap into actionable releases and sprints
- Conduct user research and analyze data to identify needs and pain points




- Work with UX/UI designers to create user-centric digital experiences
- Refine requirements based on feedback and insights
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical specs
- Monitor adoption and usage analytics of post-booking products
- Define KPIs to assess product success
- Oversee post-booking flows such as Manage My Booking and Check-in
- Negotiate priorities considering business needs and market changes

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years in Product Management, Software Development, Data Product Ownership, or AI Product Development
- 5+ years of practical Agile experience (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related roles)
- End-to-end ownership of high-visibility digital channel products with impact on revenue, cost and CX
- Strong stakeholder engagement across commercial, xqbhyrx CX and IT
- Experience monitorin
