Job Description:

To strengthen our team in Getafe, we are looking for a Configuration and Data Manager (CM&DM;) (f/m/d) for Combat Simulation Programs.

Your tasks:
- Responsible for the Configuration Control, Data Management, and Change Management data with internal and external stakeholders in PSTS for Airbus SAU.
- Lead Change Management process, by means of Change Control Boards (CCB).
- Maintain and control configuration baselines for documentation, hardware and software components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements in the configuration management process.
- Prepare and maintain the project document templates.
- Ensure that documentation is managed correctly, emphasizing the storage, releasing, distribution and archiving of documents and data, as well as the process tools used in the different projects (JIRA/Confluence).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on configuration, data requirements and change control.




- Create and maintain Configuration Management Plans (CMP) and Data Management Plans (DMP) and ensure compliance with the established processes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Product Breakdowns Structure (PBS).
- Verify and facilitate data exchange between industry and customer database systems with different configurations.
- Performance of Configuration verification and audit.

Your profile:
- Completed degree or comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in configuration and data management, preferably in the training and flight simulation industry.
- Familiarity with Combat programs and simulators is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of configuration and data management tools and principles (5 years of experience).
- Knowledge of Atlassian Tools, Subversion, Office Suite.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Structured and Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
