Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Contracts Analyst to support the European Marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating a broad range of marketing operations, project management activities and Healthcare Professional (HCP) contracting processes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and on time. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed and regulated environment.



He or she will be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders across Europe and ensuring a high standard of operational excellence in everything they do.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the execution of European marketing projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Organize and support marketing meetings, workshops, events, and leadership reviews.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.
- Manage HCP contracting processes, tracking approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
