Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the International Mobility team in the coordination and administration of international assignments and relocations, gaining hands-on experience in a global HR environment.

What your responsibilities will be

Support the coordination and follow-up of international mobility cases.

Assist with mobility documentation,



employee communications and case tracking.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers involved in relocation, immigration, labor, payroll, tax and social security matters.

Support assignees and relocating employees throughout different stages of their mobility journey, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

Maintain mobility data, trackers and employee information up to date.

Support reporting, payroll coordination, cost tracking and invoice follow-up.

Assist with the maintenance of mobility processes, templates and guidelines.

Support the team in International Mobility projects and ad hoc activities.
