Overview As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, providing technical direction and guiding integrations. You’ll mentor teammates, present architectures to stakeholders, and support the full lifecycle from requirements through documentation. You’ll engage in pre-sales activities and thought leadership while establishing standards aligned with ITIL.
