We are looking for an experienced and highly organised

Project Manager

to support our

General Banking Operations (GTO) department .

The Project Manager will act as the

main coordinator for people, processes, and timelines , ensuring that projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and achieve their expected outcomes.

You will be the

single point of contact for project organisation, coordination and scheduling , working closely with Sponsors, Partners, Contributors and operational teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery

on time, within scope and within budget .

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, milestones, dependencies and key actions.

Monitor project performance using appropriate project management tools,



systems and methodologies.

Identify, assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation actions where required.

Escalate issues, risks and delays to management in a timely and structured manner.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes and action trackers.

Conduct

organisational and process analyses

for the projects and studies under your responsibility.

Define and lead project governance, ensuring that Sponsors, Partners and Contributors remain informed, engaged and mobilised throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and decision‑making processes across different stakeholders.

Support continuous improvement of organisational processes while ensuring that

operational and compliance risks

are appropriately controlled.
