What are we looking for?

In close collaboration with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager should be an example for the Sales Assistants, bringing excellent customer service, becoming our principal brand ambassador, and helping to build the best BYL Experience.

Your main goal will be to be responsible for the overall store management, drive sales and enhance customer experience, and assume the responsibilities and duties when the Store Manager is not in the store

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Responsible for maximizing the general sales performance by fostering the relationship with the customer
- Help to meet the store targets (sales goals and KPIS)




- Help the SM to develop business strategies and innovative ideas that will help to achieve success
- Be aware of the brand concepts and company philosophy to become a Brand Ambassador
- Maintain the sales floor and visual display to a high standard in line with the Brand Guidelines
- Guarantee the image of the team complying with the uniformity protocol
- Follow the Company operational guidelines and policies in each of the store zones (window display, shopfloor, fitting room, cash area and stock room).
- Know and follow up all the Store Procedures Manuals uploaded to BYL SharePoint
- Oversee the daily operation in the store, making sure that it runs smoothly and effectively
- Help and support the SM on managing and organizing day-to day duties in the store, regarding Customer Service, Product, Visual Merchandising, Stockroom organization, Special Campaigns set-up and other additional tasks needed.
