- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across different functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners such us Universities and agencies when needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market insights.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand in the local market.
