In this role you will deliver high-quality technical support for RFID hardware and software products to customers. You will troubleshoot incidents, provide clear guidance, and collaborate with product teams to improve the service experience. The position supports customer retention by resolving issues efficiently and sharing insights for process improvements. The role offers a cross-functional environment in a integral company that values teamwork, calm under pressure, and continuous learning.

• Collaborate with product development and customer success teams

• Meet or exceed KPIs like response time, first contact resolution, and CSAT

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in technical customer support or IT helpdesk
• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electronics
• Working knowledge of SSH and CLI interfaces for network devices
• Familiarity with IP, DNS, routing, VPN concepts
• Proficiency with terminal/command line tools (PuTTY, OpenSSH)
• RFID UHF knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency in English and native Spanish or proficiency; Catalan preferred
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts xghoner to non-technical users
• Team collaboration and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (30% telework)
