In this role, you own the analytics discipline within Product Intelligence, turning telemetry into actionable product insights. You partner with Product Management and Engineering to define metrics, ensure data trust, and surface opportunities that influence product strategy and business outcomes. You’ll present insights to senior leadership and guide data quality, cataloging, and semantic definitions to enable AI-ready decision making. You join a cross-functional team to drive data-driven growth and improved digital experiences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Translate product usage and telemetry into product-led insights to identify upsell opportunities and predict churn
• Conduct proactive analysis of product usage and user journeys, including funnel, adoption, cohort, and retention studies
• Define and own success metrics for features, releases, and business objectives




• Provide regular insights and recommendations to senior management and present to executives
• Manage senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
• Own the semantic layer by defining core entities and metric meanings to ensure consistency
• Champion AI-ready data strategy through semantics and metadata for trustworthy AI queries
• Oversee data quality for the analytics layer, define checks, monitor issues, and drive resolutions
• Build and maintain data catalog and documentation to aid data discovery and trust
• Establish data governance practices for analytics, including ownership, lineage, and access
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to define telemetry and instrument data collection
• Identify gaps in data collection and advocate for required instrumentation
• Contribute to semantic modeling and dashboarding within BI tools and promote agile workflows
