Position Summary
Integrated within the Engineering Department, you will manage and ensure consistency, accuracy,



and integration of 3D virtual aircraft models and product data structures across development lifecycles supported by the Mechanical Leader and the DMU Coordinator. You will also maintain configuration control and verify that the configured DMU aligns with design intent and program baselines.

Your Role

- Provide the project team with the official (and clear) cabin/fuselage environment: layout showing per area if it's CAO-Pictures-drawing-PDF-unknown area.
- Based on the available DMU data, identify at-risk areas and build the aircraft environment.
- Determine and provide stay out zone: fuselage and soundproofing, aircraft door opening.
- Determine and provide OEM units access keep out zone + maintenance frequency.
- Post-treat point cloud from 3D scanner to mesh usable in our CAD system as per aircraft references.
- Determine and provide heat dissipation layout.
- Perform compliance review supported by the certification engineer.
- Weight saving and cost saving rem
