Digitalization & Data Management Intern (Madrid (Barajas))
We are looking for a Digitalization & Data Management Intern in Madrid (Barajas) to support the HR POS Systems & Data area in activities focused on reviewing employee data quality, process digitalization, and administrative support, contributing to operational efficiency and the correct availability of information in corporate systems.

Responsibilities

- Data management and maintenance in corporate systems.
- Validation of employee data in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
- Verification of data consistency and integrity to ensure traceability and correct flow between systems.




- Support in system integrations.
- Participation in a data governance project.
- Reporting to the Group.
- Participation in process digitalization and implementation of new systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Proficiency in Office suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, VBA, Power BI...)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valuable knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors
