This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Do

-
- Own and develop the Process Engineering PLM product roadmap and functional requirements.
- Define and govern PLM, MES and SAP system integrations and data flows.
- Lead Industry 4.0 and manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end technology projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations and IT teams.
- Support change management, training and adoption of digital tools.
- Monitor KPIs, system performance and data quality.
- Manage product backlog, enhancements and continuous improvement activities.
