Your Role :As a Backend Engineer within the Cross-Connectors squad, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling the company’s core platform.Your main responsibilities include:Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance,



secure APIsDeveloping robust backend services in Python (Go is a strong plus )Collaborating with Product and DevOps teams to turn business needs into technical solutionsEnsuring the platform’s scalability, performance, and securityContributing to technical decisions and architectural discussions

Profile2–5 years of experience in backend developmentStrong expertise in Python (Go experience highly valued)Solid understanding of API design and third-party integrationsGood knowledge of SQL + ORM (SQLAlchemy)Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, etc.)Strong engineering culture: clean code, testing, CI/CD, agile mindset
