Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain is looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to play a key role in defining and executing strategic initiatives that support the growth and evolution of our organization. In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership, lead high-impact work streams, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the business.
You will have the opportunity to influence corporate strategy, drive digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with international stakeholders, and support organizational development through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Lead strategic work streams related to the corporate strategy and digital transformation agenda of Mercedes-Benz Tech Spain and Home of Tech.
Develop decision papers and recommendations for senior management and executive stakeholders.
Analysis & Strategic Planning
Conduct market, competitor, and cross-industry analyses to identify trends, opportunities,



and strategic priorities.
Support business growth through structured analysis and strategic thinking.
Project Management & Consulting
Manage strategic projects end-to-end, from project scoping and planning to implementation and follow-up.
Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership.
Support change management initiatives and organizational improvement projects.
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
Proven experience leading work streams, projects, or small teams.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments. English — Fluent (mandatory)
