We're looking for a skilled and imaginative UI Animator to help bring our Innovation Lab titles to life—adding motion, clarity, and expression to the player experience. In this role, you'll collaborate with UI/UX designers, game artists, and developers to transform static mockups into engaging, polished in-game animations that enhance usability and elevate visual appeal.
You'll be responsible for animating UI elements, 2D characters, and environments, and for ensuring smooth implementation in Unity. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and tech—where performance, aesthetics, and gameplay meet.
Technical art experience is a strong plus and will directly support your ability to optimize, prototype,



and implement animations across the product. You'll also begin exploring generative AI tools for motion concepting and creative acceleration.
Experience with tech art or generative AI tools is a strong plus, offering extended scope to prototype, optimize, and expand the creative toolkit.
Key Responsibilities
- Animate UI elements and transitions that bring clarity, responsiveness, and delight
- Translate static designs and motion comps into fully functional, in-game animations
- Collaborate with UX, UI, and development teams to ensure consistency, usability, and performance
- Animate 2D characters and environments to support narrative and gameplay moments
- Create prototypes using tools like After Effects, Animate, or Spine
- Work within Unity's 2D animation system to implement assets directly in-game
- Partner with technical artists to optimize assets for performance and platform requirements
- Maintain clear documentation,
